Party Coordinator

Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department. The role is the First Point of Contact for guests and involves designing the ideal mix of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and other group events. Responsibilities also include training party staff and overseeing birthday operations.

$20/hour starting pay. 30‑40 hours/week.

• Provide full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Represent the park with enthusiasm and energy when communicating with guests.
• Sell party packages, follow up with guests, and confirm their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive financial results for the store.
• Maintain safety standards in a well‑maintained, secure, and sanitary environment.
• Take initiative on additional duties as assigned and support team members as needed.

• Dynamic Family Entertainment setting with large attractions and special events.
• Business casual dress code.
• Availability required on Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week.
