Customer Service Rep
Description for Internal Candidates ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders through order processing software
- Manual entry of orders
- Work with internal teams on order status and changes
- Customer portals
- Run reports & audits of orders
- Update & maintain records in JDE
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and customers
- May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities at the sole discretion of the Customer Service Manager
- Customer service experience desired; this may be waived for the right candidate
The employee frequently reaches with hands and arms, stands or sits, squats, turns or twists, and uses hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and computer keyboards. The employee must never lift, carry, push or pull up to 10 pounds
. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay Range35,700.
ITAR ComplianceThe essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations. Candidates must either be U.S. Persons or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations. Ongoing employment is dependent upon obtaining the appropriate government export authorizations.
