Job Description:Summary:
Assist the Music Program Director and Faculty with a variety of administrative tasks. Assist with recruitment activities: answering emails concerning general questions about the Music Program; greeting and touring music facilities with prospective students; attend Preview Days. Inventory practice rooms and music studios and report needs and issues, such as equipment and piano maintenance.
Essential Functions:- Answer emails concerning general questions about the Music Program.
- Greet and touring music facilities with prospective students.
- Attend Preview Days.
- Inventory practice rooms and music studios and report needs and issues, such as equipment and piano maintenance.
- Other duties assigned.
- Part-time.
- 6 hours per week.
- $18.40 per hour.
- Current AU student with a Federal Work Study (FWS) award.
