CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team on a contract basis in Vancouver, Washington.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations, optimize revenue cycles, and provide strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare finance and demonstrate expertise in managing cash flow, forecasting, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy and management, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee revenue cycle processes, collaborating with relevant teams to maximize financial performance.

- Manage cash flow and treasury operations, including forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.

- Provide leadership in contract negotiations, working with payers to secure favorable agreements.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports to support decision-making and transparency.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in all financial activities.

- Collaborate with the controller on financial planning and performance assessments.

- Analyze profitability across different sectors and implement strategies for improvement.

- Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Evaluate and optimize business systems to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and financial operations.

- Expertise in cash flow analysis, forecasting, and treasury management.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage payer relationships.

- Proficiency in financial reporting and month-end close processes.

- Familiarity with business systems and their role in financial management.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

- Strong analytical skills to assess profitability and drive strategic decisions.
