The Pro Sidian Management and Operations Consulting Services firm is seeking a Junior Cost Analyst 权 to support the Aerospace & Defense sector, focusing on legacy cost modeling and independent cost estimates for the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA). This full‑time position is available in a hybrid work arrangement at or near Washington, D.C. (National Capital Region), with travel as required across the continental United States (Mid‑Atlantic/NCR).
The role may transition to a full‑time W‑2 position.
- Assist senior and journeyman cost estimators with data collection, validation, and organization for O&S legacy cost models and independent cost estimates.
- Populate government‑furnished Excel cost model templates under supervision and support AFTOC data pulls zwang.
- Create draft tables, charts, and documentation sections as needed for cost estimates.
- Incorporate reviewer comments and support estimate updates under direction.
- Maintain data accuracy, documentation quality, and model execution fundamentals.
- 0–2 years of professional analytical experience, entry‑level exposure to cost analysis, economics, data analytics or engineering support.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, data science or economics (or related analytical field).
- Analytical and critical thinking skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Current SECRET clearance required.
