A company is looking for a Vice President, Treasurer responsible for overseeing global treasury strategy, operations, risk management, and taxes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global treasury strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Oversee global cash positioning, liquidity planning, and working capital management
- Lead debt and financing activities while managing lender and banking relationships
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive treasury experience
- Deep expertise in cash management, debt, and risk management
- Experience working with private equity sponsors
- Strong global treasury and leadership experience
