We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding others through their financial journey, whether through investment planning, tax planning, income planning, legacy planning and health care planning.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Planning
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored strategies.
  • Offer guidance on retirement planning, investment management, and tax‑efficient wealth solutions.
  • Integrate estate planning, risk management, and tax considerations into holistic financial plans.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend investments aligned with clients’ objectives.
  • Select appropriate investment vehicles and monitor portfolio performance regularly.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
  • Help clients make informed decisions through ongoing education and strategic discussions.
Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Apply strong sales acumen and follow‑up strategies to engage both current and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through exceptional service, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Participate in business development efforts to support the firm’s continued growth.
Regulatory & Compliance
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills - Education & Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must be able to earn the CFP® designation within 2 years of employment.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience client‑facing financial planning, investment advising, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and financial planning software.
Technical Proficiency
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to support client service and business development.
Core Competencies
  • Solid understanding of investment products, tax strategies, regulatory standards, and financial planning principles.
  • Skilled at presenting to both groups and individuals in one‑on‑one settings.
  • Confident in conducting follow‑up communications with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Client‑focused, solutions‑oriented, and adept at problem‑solving.
  • Tech‑savvy, with familiarity in leveraging social media and digital marketing tools.
