Budget Analyst

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Budget Analyst and provide budget support, tracking, and cost analyses within Finance and for other organizations. The position will also provide budget support (e.g., transfers, accrual reports) under the guidance of the Budget Operations manager. This position will support the Financial Analyst Managers and Budget Liaisons in executing and administering program actions, directly impacting the realization of the program goals.

This position may also coordinate or complete special projects of similar scope and size to support process improvement initiatives.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Portland, OR with on site 1 - 2 days per week.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is between $50.00 and $54.00 depending on qualifications.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Business Mathematics or a closely-related technical field is preferred.
• With an applicable Bachelor's Degree, 6 years of experience is required.
• With an applicable Associate's Degree, 8 years of experience is required.
• Without a degree, 10+ years of experience is required.
• Experience must include providing budget reporting, budget analysis and providing budget preparation assistance in a budget or financial analyst capacity.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Working experience in general data entry and input of data into computer systems or databases.
• A valid Driver's License or Real Id is required.

• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Experience with Asset Suite, other asset management and/or business process systems.
• Experience working with budget documents, invoices, and customer data.
