Are you experienced in client service—ready for a more impactful role? We’re searching for a Client Service Associate with proven success (1–2 years’ experience) in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. If you thrive under pressure, love solving problems, and take pride in your accuracy, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:Manage High‑Volume Requests:
Own a queue of 30–40 client service tickets covering routine maintenance, distributions, money movement, and more. Track multi‑step items and ensure all are completed precisely and efficiently.
Workflow Management:
Independently organize your daily workload, manage competing priorities, and maintain clarity on all open items. Communicate proactively when capacity is tight.
Process Transactions:
Execute a range of client requests, including distribution and allocation, annuity applications and maintenance, Roth conversions, client contributions, account maintenance, and statement collection.
Coordinate Third Parties:
Work directly with custodians and third‑party intermediaries to execute transactions, obtain updates, and resolve account issues.
Records Management:
Maintain accurate client records across CRM, ticketing, and custodial platforms (Zoho experience a plus). Find answers independently before escalating.
Hybrid workplace—splits time between the office (for energizing collaboration) and home.
What We’re Looking For:Experience: Up to 2 years’ direct client service experience.
Industry Background: Financial services, wealth management, or insurance operations preferred.
Skill Set:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsive client communication and proactive service
- Analytical thinking and resourcefulness in problem resolution
- Intermediate computer skills (comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and CRM/ticketing platforms)
- Ability to build trust with clients and team members
- Process discipline and accuracy—especially when clients’ money is involved
- Manages high‑volume queues without dropping the ball
- Effective communicator; coordinates smoothly with custodians, intermediaries, and advisers
- Coachable and constantly improving
