Lead Teller

Key Bank - 19161 Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Lead Teller responsibilities include managing teller functions and coaching tellers to ensure efficient, accurate processing and exceptional client service.;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and escalate as needed.;
Observe client conversations for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.;
Schedule tellers, manage staffing, and ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.;
Onboard and train new tellers and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
