Financial Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable, detail‑oriented Chief Financial Officer to lead and execute the financial strategy of our growing business. This role is ideal for a finance executive who thrives in a hands‑on environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and can manage and develop a lean finance and accounting team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, controls, and compliance while ensuring operational excellence in day‑to‑day accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute all finance and accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, payroll, month‑end close, and reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and key performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models
- Establish and maintain internal controls and processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Manage banking relationships, covenant compliance, and investor/lender reporting
- Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO and leadership team
- Build and mentor a high‑performing, nimble finance/accounting team
- Lead audit and tax preparation activities
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a hands‑on or small/mid‑size company environment
- Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels
- Experience in private equity or high‑growth companies a plus
- Strong financial modeling, systems, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and drive financial discipline
