Position Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor – Bank of America Advisor Development Program. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial advice and conduct client reviews and presentations with confidence.
  • Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Develop a full understanding of clients’ entire financial picture and guide them with appropriate solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with banking customers, small‑business owners and high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Leverage Bank of America’s extensive product portfolio and connect clients to the solutions we provide.
  • Continuously learn and grow, taking advantage of career‑development support and advancement opportunities.
  • Achieve professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), and pursue tuition reimbursement for further education.
  • Lead client seminars and mentor junior associates as part of leadership opportunities.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Current Series7 & 66 licenses (or Series
    63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
  • At least one year of experience in the investment industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Three years of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Maintain $15million in assets under management (AUM) for the field and $25million in AUM for centralized/national portfolios.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients.
  • Ability to set and accomplish goals, manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.
Desired Skills
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Insurance license(s) obtained.
Compensation & Benefits

Annualized salary in the range of $75,000.00 to $85,000.00, with compensation based on experience, education and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan with monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentives based on performance. Benefits include industry‑leading plans, paid time off, and resources to support physical, emotional and financial well‑being.

Work Hours & Location

1st shift (U.S.) – 40 hours per week. Positions available at multiple financial center locations nationwide. Clients work with banking customers, small‑business owners and higher net‑worth clients across the country.

Compliance

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
