Position: Client Relationship Consultant 2-4 (Banker) - Vancouver, WA (20-40hrs)

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple channels, providing expert advice and ensuring a digital‑first experience.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers via in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel and product recommendations.
  • Assess clients’ banking needs, gather account information, and educate them on deposit and loan products.
  • Proactively reach out to clients for follow‑up, learning about their financial goals and channel preferences.
  • Identify solutions for new and existing clients, leveraging digital products and self‑service technologies.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, policies, and support systems.
  • Process basic transactions and complete service requests, including opening new accounts and submitting credit applications.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver an optimal client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically a minimum of three to four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and RegulationZ, with successful completion of the required criminal background and credit checks.
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage clients.
  • Knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • Proficiency with digital products and self‑service technologies.
  • Capability to identify clients’ needs and recommend products that meet those needs reactively and proactively.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry.

Pay Range

$21.68 – $26.50 per hour.
