We are looking for candidates in Oregon and Washington to join our team. This role focuses on delivering personalized financial solutions and exceptional service to our members.

Where you will work: Vancouver Mall Branch: 8405 Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver, WA 98662. Travel is required.

Pay range: Target hourly pay $20.56 – $23.37. Full hourly range $18.70 – $28.04. Additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for qualified employees.

Compensation: Decisions based on job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Performance incentives are available and vary by role.

Job Overview

What you’ll do
  • Engage members warmly and professionally, facilitating meaningful conversations and proactive discovery of financial needs.
  • Develop and deepen member relationships by uncovering needs, presenting tailored solutions, and originating or referring products across Peak’s full suite of offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and production goals, demonstrating strong consultative selling, follow‑through, and closing skills.
  • Provide advanced financial guidance and empathetic problem‑solving, ensuring every interaction improves members’ financial confidence.
  • Ensure precise execution of cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
  • Execute complex account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance with accuracy, positioning complementary products aligned with member goals.
  • Maintain accurate notes on all interactions to support continuity of care and sales tracking.
  • Partner with branch leadership to support escalations, coaching, cross‑training, and sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through ongoing skill development, training participation, and community engagement.
  • All other duties as assigned.
When you’ll be working

Monday‑Friday: 8:45 am – 5:45 pm. Rotating Saturdays: 9:15 am – 1:45 pm. Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services.
  • Ability to perform in an environment with frequent changes and competing demands.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage members and build trust.
  • Continuous learning and knowledge of credit union systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills relevant to the role.
  • Ability to promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to role‑model our core values.
  • Maintain confidentiality with minimal supervision.
