Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Conduct deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.
Required Qualifications

  • Confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).

  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Efficiently manage time and capacity.
  • Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay

Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 hourly. Pay is based on experience, education and skill set. The role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
