BBSI is expanding into new markets and continuing to grow as a publicly traded company serving small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Retirement Plan Analyst to join our Corporate Operations team and support our growing multi-client, multi-state 401(k) program.
What You'll Do- Support employees and clients with 401(k) questions and technical issues.
- Assist with eligibility, funding, contributions, loans, billing, and plan administration.
- Support compliance reviews, nondiscrimination testing, audits, and required filings.
- Monitor regulatory changes and help maintain plan compliance.
- Review retirement-plan documents and identify potential issues.
- Analyze and reconcile data using Excel and other systems.
- Assist with plan changes, corrections, Open Enrollment, system testing, and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of retirement-plan administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of retirement-plan regulations and compliance.
- Experience with plan documents and required filings, including Form 5500.
- Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while handling confidential information.

Salary: $82,000-$92,000 annually
, based on experience, skills, education, geography, and other qualifications. Incentive compensation may also apply.
