Advocates Legal Recruiting represents an AmLaw 100 client seeking a mid-level Private Equity Debt Finance Associate for a Washington, DC–area role. The position focuses on sponsor-side and lender-side leveraged finance work tied to buyouts, acquisition financings, and growth facilities.
You will represent private equity sponsors and banks on term and revolving facilities, draft and negotiate credit agreements and collateral documents, and run key deal work streams through signing and closing.
