WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MASTER ESTHETICIAN / LASER TECHNICIAN THAT IS ABLE TO WORK ROTATING SATURDAYS AND SOME SUNDAYS IN THE FUTURE!
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Master Esthetician / Laser Technician with experience in advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, Diamond Glow, customized facials, laser hair removal and laser facials. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their skill set, with interest in learning laser hair removal (training available).
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional skincare treatments including chemical peels, Diamond Glow, and customized facials as well as Laser Hair Removal
- Conduct client consultations and skin analyses
- Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
- Recommend and sell skincare products and services
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements
- Perform or assist with laser hair removal treatments (or complete provided training)
- Active Master Esthetician License in the state of Washington
- 1+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting preferred
- Experience with chemical peels, Diamond Glow, laser facials and Laser Hair Removal required
- Laser hair removal experience is a plus (willingness to train required if no experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to recommend treatments and products
