Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, SUDP) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Vancouver / Battle Grounds, Washington.
Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!
Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is a team of mental health treatment professionals specializing in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. BHS encourages a collaborative culture with hands-on leadership. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we seek skilled professionals who share our commitment to delivering state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the Vancouver and Battle Grounds area.
Responsibilities:
- Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Job Types:
- Full-time or Part-time, W2, and Independent Contractor opportunities available.
- Onsite, remote, or hybrid options available.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with Washington licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- Credentialing with Medicaid / Medicare is a plus.
- Up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions may be required by some facilities.
- TB Test.
- CPR / AED / First Aid Certification.
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, organization, and ability to function under stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

- Salary range: $45,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and licensure.
