This very well established and successful endodontic practice, located in scenic Vancouver, WA, is searching for just the right associate(s) to continue its legacy of clinical excellence and compassion. Drs. Dave Mehlhaff and Dave Kosa are looking forward to a well-deserved retirement at the end of 2027 and are focused on passing the baton to the next generation of endodontists.

Both also teach part-time at OHSU and are eager and very capable mentors intent on a seamless transition to their successors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Quality-focused and patient-first mentality
• Strong communication skills with both patients and referring doctors
• Willingness to nurture existing referral base as well as add new referring doctors
• Treats our experienced staff with respect and like family
• Excellent chairside manner

This wonderful practice is uniquely located in the same building with multiple specialties, including perio, oral surgery, ortho, pedo, and general dentists as well.
