$90,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrative, patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols that align with evidence-based practices and holistic wellness.
• Oversee patient care plans, ensuring they are comprehensive and tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
• Engage with the community to promote the studio's services and holistic health initiatives effectively.
• Oversee and grow our IV Nutrient Medicine program.

• 5+ years practicing as an ND.
• Active ND license in WA State.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams with a focus on integrative, patient-centered care.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical protocols that align with evidence-based practices and holistic wellness.
• Proven track record of overseeing comprehensive and individualized patient care plans.
• Strong collaboration skills to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
• Experience in community engagement to effectively promote holistic health initiatives and services.
• Interest and availability to work on-site in Vancouver, WA, full-time.
