Vancouver Clinic is hiring a
** Medical Assistant
** for our dynamic Ambulatory Surgery Center at our Salmon Creek 2 location. In this role, you’ll support the overall delivery of patient care in the post-anesthesia care unit by assisting nursing staff with patient monitoring and post-op care, preparing and maintaining exam rooms and equipment, supporting the discharge process, and helping maintain safety and infection control standards. * Schedule:

** four, 10-hour shifts with variable start/end times on rotating weeks (one week: 6:00a-4:30p, one week: 7:00a-5:30p, one week: 8:00a-6:30p)
** Hiring Range
** is generally between $20.59-$24.68 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.  
* With
* * active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified
** credential, hiring range is generally between $22.25-$27.48 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience
*** Requirements:
*** High School diploma or equivalent
* ** Required completion of one of the following**: current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential
** or
* * combination of experience and training resulting in a nationally recognized certification
** or
* * completion of a formal MA program
** or
* * formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces
** or
* * EMT training and certification
** or
* * current Washington State Nursing Assistant-Certification.  
* Must obtain Washington State Medical Assistant credential within required timeframe and maintain active status throughout employment.
** Current healthcare provider BLS required
* Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range:$20.19 - $28.27
