Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehab has an opportunity to join the in‑house therapy team at this 120‑bed skilled nursing facility in Vancouver, WA! Salmon Creek Acute & Rehabilitation offers around‑the‑clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state of practice OT License.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.
