Caregivers Needed (Washougal)– Washington State Certified CNA and HCA
SYNERGY Home Care of Vancouver is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who hold a valid Washington State CNA or HCA license
. We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions with daytime and weekend availability
. Multiple shift options are available, including 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and 1-hour shifts
. One-hour shifts offer a higher hourly rate.

- Providing companionship and social engagement
- Assisting with personal care as needed
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and transportation to appointments/errands
- Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and team members
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
- Competitive pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on level of care)
- Mileage reimbursement ($.70 per mile)
- Paid orientation and ongoing training
- Paid sick time and PTO (after 90 days)
- Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

- Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience
- Valid Washington State CNA or HCA license
- CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Card (obtainable within 30 days of hire)
