Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes under RN supervision. You will provide direct patient care, assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding and medications, and document care to ensure continuity of care.
Required:
completion of a CNA or CHHA program in the last 24 months, valid driver’s license and state certification, and at least one year of recent HHA/CNA experience. Schedule includes 20 hours per week with a competitive benefits package.
