Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to take on a full‑time role with one of our area clients in Vancouver, WA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—treating mainly orthopedic and sports‑related conditions across adolescence to geriatric populations.

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA, or graduation from an accredited PTA program for PTA applicants.
• Active Washington State license or eligibility to obtain required license prior to start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or willingness to work in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting. Clinic treats adolescence through geriatric patients; minimal pediatric/infant caseload.
• Comfort managing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow‑up appointments within a productivity model averaging about 12 patient visits per 10‑hour day.
• Ability to collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and therapy aides. Clinic uses 1:1 care primarily with opportunities to work with aides.
• Experience or willingness to use WebPT EMR.
