The Opportunity

Ob Hospitalist Group Site Directors perform an important dual clinical/professional role: ensuring their program is achieving clinical and operational objectives and guiding the hospitalist team.

Part of the OBHG leadership team, the site director reports to the Medical Director of Operations, and collaborates with the MDO to deliver excellent care, build and maintain relationships and oversee the program's financial health.

Responsibilities include working five or more Hospitalist shifts each month, and traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed.

Evergreen Health Medical is a 318-bed hospital is an acute care and surgical facility that has served the Kirkland community since 1972. Delivering more than 4,500 babies each year, it is home to a level III NICU, a maternal-fetal medicine program for high-risk pregnancies and educational classes for new parents.

Annual Salary Range: $425,
(based on part-time to full-time options)

St. Joseph Medical Center is a 361-bed regional medical center serves the South Sound community. Its Family Birth Center offers the widest range of prenatal, pregnancy, maternal-fetal medicine, delivery and post-partum services in the region. The hospital is home to a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and features all private labor and delivery suites, as well as private postpartum rooms.
