Pro Care Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves students across all grade levels with an approximate caseload of 45 students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credential
- Manage an approximate caseload of 45 students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals (SLP)
- Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP (SLPA)
- Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license required
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required for SLP candidates
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
