• PAYRATE: $19.00 + $1.50 differential for hours worked in LSR program(children's homes)

• Allnew hires start at $19.00/hour.
• Newhires placed in LSR homes may be eligible for a pay differential, up to $1.50/hour. Pay is based on:
• Hours workedin LSR homes only.
• Completion of required training.
• Meeting all LSR program requirements.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide in home services to youth with range of mental capabilities. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the responsibilities include:

• Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
• Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication.
• Providing supervision & engagement.
• Facilitating community outings.

For this position you must:

• Haveat least six months of similar experience working directly with vulnerable populations
• Beable to demonstrate basic computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• 21years of age
• Have avalid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and three yearsof licensed driving experience
• Have aHigh School Diploma or GED
• Pass aback ground check through DSHS & DCYF
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift per week
