Concierge

Our luxury hotel in Washington is seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist with their needs during their stay. This position is suitable for non‑native English speakers and does not require prior experience.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in/check‑out process
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions and transportation options
• Make reservations for restaurants, tours and other activities for guests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for making reservations and communicating with guests
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help others
