Discover a more connected career. At North Sky, as a Recruiter, you will partner with all of the different departments to drive their recruitment needs. The main focus on Corporate Recruiter’s role will be to hire a variety of professionals across multiple departments in IT, Accounting and Finance, Legal Operations, and more—from entry level through senior management.

What You’ll Do
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies in collaboration with managers to shape and guide decisions on candidates and position requirements.
  • Manage the full spectrum of recruiting workflow: sourcing, screening, slating for interviews, coordinating feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Identify and engage active and passive talent through a combination of sourcing, referrals, and inbound candidates.
  • Proactively source and recruit top talent by implementing creative sourcing strategies supporting technical and non-technical openings.
  • Handle and manage senior-level passive candidates to ensure a strong pipeline for niche and key management positions to internally place technical and non-technical candidates in a competitive market.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive and to implement processes, tactics, and strategies to deliver consistent results.
  • Perform other duties to support business needs.
What You’ll Need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • 1–3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in either corporate or agency environments (preferably both)
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Ulti Pro
  • Technical recruiting experience with a proven track record placing candidates supporting a variety of positions.
  • MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Proven experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier technical talent.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Proven experience actively sourcing and recruiting active and passive candidates through cold calling, local meetups, Linked In, social media, University relations, etc.
  • Innovative sourcing tools and participation in social and job-networking events with passive candidate generation.
  • Very high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and wear many hats on a daily basis; highly independent, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Google Apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) is a plus.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
  • Routinely engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.
  • Occasionally travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training.
