What you should know:

Mulberry is partnering with a global healthcare organization to hire a Senior Recruiter. In this role you will conduct full‑cycle recruitment for high-impact roles while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is able to work in ambiguity, in a fast‑paced environment, and able to work with global teams.

A day in the life:
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and executive level roles across technology, operations, and corporate functions
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on talent strategy.
  • Partner with global HRBPs and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, business goals, and long‑term organizational priorities.
  • Develop tailored search strategies for leadership hires, including passive sourcing, targeted outreach, and confidential recruitment.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for highly specialized skill sets.
  • Proactively source diverse, high‑quality candidates using advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Build future‑facing talent pipelines for recurring or anticipated vacancies across the organization.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Influence, coach, and collaborate with hiring teams across multiple time zones to align expectations and ensure consistency.
  • Facilitate debriefs and guide hiring leaders through structured, equitable decision‑making.
  • Utilize global recruitment systems, tools, and platforms to accurately track candidate movement and maintain data integrity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the broader TA function.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 5-7+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Able to work with limited information, direct communication, and a high attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Workday experience required
Compensation and Benefits

$50-60/HR plus access to Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
