Peace Health in Vancouver, WA is seeking a HR Advisor for a full-time, day shift role. The HR Advisor serves as a primary contact for caregivers and leaders on general HR and employment matters, guiding inquiries to resolution and supporting HRPO on more complex issues.
You will partner with HR stakeholders, manage AskHR inquiries, track HR metrics, and help ensure accurate HRMS data. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least 2 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred) are required;
