Staffing Coordinator, HR​/Recruitment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating staffing activities, and ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Utilize Paycor Recruiting platform to create and manage job postings and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling to support hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data within the recruiting system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Manage integrations and analytics related to recruiting processes to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including documentation and reporting.
• Assist in creating job marketplace postings and managing candidate pipelines.
• Respond promptly to internal and external requests related to staffing and recruitment.

• Proficiency with Paycor Recruiting platform, including creating candidates and job postings.
• Experience with recruiting analytics and integrations to improve staffing processes.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
