Overview
Impact Scale is looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Analytics Manager who is interested in data, online marketing, and performance optimization—and wants to grow into a high-impact analytics role. No prior analytics or marketing experience is required. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting patterns, testing ideas, and learning how data drives real business decisions.
You’ll be trained to analyze offer performance, test new strategies, track trends, and help optimize campaigns for long-term growth.
- Offer Performance Monitoring
- Track and monitor performance of active offers and campaigns
- Learn how to identify top-performing and underperforming offers
- Help ensure traffic is focused on the most effective opportunities
- Testing Experimentation
- Assist with testing new offers, ideas, and performance strategies
- Compare results and help identify what works best
- Document learnings and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Trend Tracking Long-Term Insights
- Watch performance trends over time to spot patterns and shifts
- Help identify strategies and offers that show long-term potential
- Learn how short-term data connects to long-term growth decisions
- Data Analysis Optimization
- Work with data sets to find opportunities for optimization
- Help identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Learn how to turn raw data into clear recommendations
- Reporting Communication
- Create simple performance summaries and insights
- Learn how to present data in a clear, actionable way
- Support decision-making with data-backed insights

Strong interest in data, analytics, and online marketing

- No prior analytics or marketing experience required
