IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant
Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced Information Systems Project Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of technology initiatives supporting our rapidly growing healthcare organization. This role oversees IS, cybersecurity, and business‑expansion projects, partnering closely with leadership to prioritize work and deliver high‑quality technical solutions.

ScheduleMonday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Hiring Range$110,000/yr to $145,000/yr depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate across IS teams, clinic operations, business departments, and vendors.
- Lead SCRUM ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in PM processes.
- Maintain and evolve the IS project portfolio, including roadmaps, dependencies, and prioritization.
- Support charter development and ensure delivery of high‑quality technical and business outcomes.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and influence in technology solution design.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 10+ years in project or portfolio management within fast‑growing IT environments required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with IT networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, DR, and healthcare environments.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
