Country Manager, US - Embedded Systems Solutions | $300-400k OTE ($120-150k Base)

Join a leading international provider of advanced development and validation solutions for cutting-edge embedded systems.

Their tools are integral to the success of top-tier companies in industries such as automotive, space, telecommunications, and semiconductors.

With a global presence and a robust US operation, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Country Manager to spearhead our US business and drive continued expansion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving US Business Growth: Developing and executing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Customer & Market Engagement: Cultivating key relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the company at major industry events.
• Team Leadership: Overseeing and developing an 8-person team across three US locations.
• Operational & Strategic Alignment: Ensuring smooth US operations and strong collaboration with our global headquarters in Europe.

We're looking for someone with:

• Significant experience in the embedded systems domain, particularly with development tools, debuggers, diagnostics, or semiconductor solutions.
• A strong background in sales, business development, or account management within this sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a dispersed team.
• A technical academic background is highly preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication abilities.
• Flexibility for US and occasional international travel.
• A leadership role in a stable yet growing global organization.
