Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid – 1‑2 onsite days per week)
Job Type: W-2 (Consultant – 2+ year contract with high probability of long‑term employment)
Hourly Rate: $70.00 – $74.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current‑state processes and system integrations; develop, test, and support SharePoint solutions; provide end‑user support and governance oversight; assist with large transformational initiatives and desk‑level improvements; collaborate with Transmission Engineering and Technical Services.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a directly related discipline (preferred)
- 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 10 years with an Associate's degree; 12 years without a Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Power‑user to expert level knowledge of SharePoint on‑premises architecture and site‑management best practices
- Experience developing and managing SharePoint content types and taxonomy to improve document management and search functionality
- Advanced knowledge of Visio or other flow‑chart tools
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of user interfaces and optimal user‑experience practices
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Office Applications, including Power Query
- Valid U.S. driver’s license or RealID
- Ability to analyze and identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and duplicates within complex datasets
- Project management or coordination experience
- Familiarity with accessible design or ADA guidelines
- Clear and concise technical communication for diverse audiences
- Experience with Nintex Forms, workflows, or similar workflow‑design tools
- Energy/utility industry experience
