PSPM Supplies Division Program Manager

Print Software Program Delivery seeks a Supplies Division Program Manager to drive portfolio‑level execution and strategic alignment across multiple Supplies programs and strategic deliverables. The role is accountable for shaping and governing integrated division roadmaps, aligning priorities and commitments across product, engineering, operations, and business functions, and ensuring predictable delivery through program milestones. The Program Manager will lead cross‑program risk and dependency management, own executive‑level escalations and trade‑off conversations, and deliver succinct, insight‑driven updates that inform decisions and course‑correct the portfolio as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Plays a critical role in the planning and execution of the organization’s most complex and visible technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization’s software products.
  • Partners across functions to prioritize, plan, track and execute complex, cross‑organizational programs while maintaining focus on building high quality programs.
  • Defines the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap to address the problems/opportunities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Reaches across functions or departments to mitigate program risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Drives and tracks software releases, features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
  • Engages with executive leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Allocates resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams have the necessary support to achieve objectives.
  • Ensures that project deliverables meet established quality standards and are aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families.
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Education & Experience
  • Four‑year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits

Pay range: $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually (United States of America candidates only). Additional bonus and/or equity compensation may be offered. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, life insurance, generous time‑off policies (including 4–12 weeks fully paid parental leave based on tenure, 11 paid holidays, and additional flexible paid vacation and sick leave).
