We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our Team!
Responsibilities- Provide technical telephone, chat and email support to end-user customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering superior service.
- Answer technical questions and troubleshoot service-related activities on fitness equipment for customers.
- Work toward continual improvement of service quality metrics (e.g., telephone/chat response time, time to resolve issues, timely closure of cases).
- Generate revenue by up-selling parts and service agreements.
- Create field service cases and support/manage special projects.
- Assist in input to knowledge base (problem/solution) system.
- Demonstrate high levels of organization and timeliness in all forms of internal and external responsiveness.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting ability and mechanical reasoning.
- Excellent customer interaction skills with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Must have excellent attendance; ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AA preferred.
- One (1) to Two (2) years of hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
