We are seeking a qualified, full-time DIRECTOR, CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS to join our Information Technology team. The Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations will oversee all aspects of the organization’s cloud engineering, Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud governance, and cloud migration/modernization initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, deep technical expertise, and a strategic vision to drive the organization’s cloud strategy forward.
The Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations will ensure cloud environments’ scalability, security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, enabling the organization to achieve its business objectives.

Roleand Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with the organization’s goals. - Strategic Leadership:
Lead and mentor teams across cloud engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, and cloud governance functions. - Strategic Leadership:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, agile practices, and collaboration. - Design and Implementation:
Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure. - Design and Implementation:
Guide the development and implementation of cloud-based applications and services. - Design and Implementation:
Promote using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and Dev Ops practices for automated deployment and management. - Management and Optimization:
Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and cost efficiency. - Management and Optimization:
Implement cost-saving measures by optimizing cloud resource usage and effective budget management. - Management and Optimization:
Maintain cloud environments in compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. - Security, Compliance, and Business Continuity:
Establish and enforce robust security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data. - Security, Compliance, and Business Continuity:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC2). - Security, Compliance, and Business Continuity:
