Developer Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced StarLIMS Developer to design, configure, and develop solutions within the StarLIMS platform to support laboratory operations, GxP compliance, and digital transformation programmes across pharma and biotech clients.
Essential skills & experience- 4+ years hands‑on StarLIMS development experience
- Proficiency in StarLIMS Script Language (SSL) for business logic and workflow automation
- HTML5 / JavaScript for StarLIMS Web Client UI customisation
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle or MS SQL Server database experience
- Demonstrable experience in GxP / regulated laboratory environments (Pharma, Biotech, or similar)
- Familiarity with SDLC and change control processes within validated systems (GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, or EU Annex 11)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced StarLIMS Tester to lead and execute validation and testing activities across StarLIMS implementations and upgrades in regulated Life Sciences environments. You will ensure all system changes are delivered with full compliance documentation to GxP standards.
Essential skills & experience- 4+ years of testing and/or validation experience on StarLIMS projects
- Proven ability to author and execute IQ / OQ / PQ protocols and test scripts for a LIMS platform
- Strong working knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and/or EU Annex 11 compliance requirements
- Experience with defect management and traceability linking requirements, test cases, and defects through the full SDLC
- Functional understanding of StarLIMS modules — sample management, results entry, workflows, and reporting — sufficient to design meaningful test scenarios
- Comfortable working within a regulated change control process, including deviation reporting and sign‑off procedures
