Oracle Specialist/ Consultant
Description
The Principal Software Developer leads complex development projects, mentors staff, and collaborates with business analysts, users, vendors, and Information Services to design and implement robust ERP‑based solutions across Human Resource, Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, and nurse scheduling domains. The role spans the full cycle from proof‑of‑concept to final product, often telecommuting from states such as AK, WA, OR, etc.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 10+ years of design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle Cloud FSCM/HCM, Oracle EBS/EPM, People Soft, Workday)
- Extensive business‑analysis experience for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions
- Strong experience developing specifications for ERP implementations
- 10+ years of SQL/PLSQL
- 5+ years lead on large‑scale business transformation and ERP implementation projects across regions and processes
- 5+ years implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance)
- 5+ years reports development via OTBI, BI, FRS, Smart View, HCM Extracts
- 5+ years customizing Oracle ERP application pages
- 5+ years implementing Oracle Standard SOAP and REST APIs
- 5+ years hands‑on Java and/or Python
- 4+ years Oracle SaaS Cloud Integration techniques (FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP)
- Hands‑on experience with middleware: 4+ years in OIC, integration patterns, orchestration
- 3+ years ADF or Visual Builder development
- 2+ years OCI DI and Oracle Data Integrator
$138,819 – $208,540 per year (base). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, bonuses.
