Computer Support Specialists

We are currently seeking a Part‑Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Washington. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others with their computer issues.

• Responding to client inquiries and providing technical assistance via phone, email, or in‑person.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Installing and configuring computer systems, printers, and other devices.
• Conducting regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Setting up new user accounts and assisting with account management.
• Training users on basic computer functions and troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work part‑time hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with remote support tools.

$1,500 per month based on experience.
