IT Project Manager, Digital Marketing
Overview
Senior project manager will manage the global delivery of large-scale enterprise marketing technology, AI, and digital transformation initiatives across a complex global environment, ensuring seamless execution, operational excellence, and exceptional experience across every stage of our customer experience platform.
Responsibilities- Manage complex global marketing technology and digital transformation programs across multiple regions, business units, and delivery teams.
- Drive project execution of enterprise scale platform modernization initiatives including cloud migration, DAM, AI tools, customer search, analytics, and digital experience platforms.
- Manage large scale digital roadmaps from strategic planning through execution and operational adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Global Marketing, engineering, product, UX, digital marketing, data, and external partners.
- Oversee enterprise cloud migration and modernization programs including Sitecore AI and composable architecture initiatives.
- Manage complex dependencies, delivery risks, governance frameworks, and milestone tracking across global work streams.
- Manage distributed internal and external delivery teams across multiple time zones and regions.
- Ensure transformation programs maintain operational continuity while enabling future state modernization.
- 7+ years’ experience leading enterprise scale technology, digital transformation, or marketing technology programs.
- Proven experience managing large multi-regional enterprise delivery programs and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in enterprise marketing technology ecosystems, digital platforms, and cloud modernization.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise CMS or digital experience platform implementations, preferably Sitecore.
- Deep understanding of enterprise engineering delivery models and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Expertise across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing large vendor platforms, external partners, and global delivery teams.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and enterprise transformation governance.

Paid parental leave of 12 weeks for birth parents and 4 weeks for non-birth parents is available after 90 days of employment. The position is eligible for an annual bonus. Approximate salary range: $115,987 to $140,000.
