Job Summary

Join a collaborative technology team dedicated to supporting and advancing mission‑critical public safety systems. The Applications and Innovation Analyst serves as a technical leader responsible for administering, supporting, integrating, and continuously improving enterprise applications and operational technologies.

This position supports systems such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management Systems (RMS), telephony and call handling platforms, public safety databases, reporting and analytics solutions, and associated integrations. The role also champions modernization initiatives, automation, analytics, AI‑assisted technologies, and operational improvements that enhance agency effectiveness and service delivery.

This position participates in an after‑hours on‑call rotation supporting mission‑critical systems and emergency operational needs. This is an FLSA‑exempt, non‑supervisory position requiring substantial independent judgment, technical expertise, and leadership.
