Public Utilities Specialist (OMS Lead)
As a Public Utilities Specialist (OMS Lead), you will be:
- Responsible for ITOA bug and improvement request intake management (TFS), including prioritization of requests, disposition to appropriate resource(s) and documentation of request response for reference / knowledge management.
- Triaging new requests and documentation.
- Conducting analysis and gathering requirements, managing regulatory requirements for ITOA, generating user reports / queries, data quality improvement / rules or process improvement, documenting and managing configuration changes.
- Responsible for ITOA access management including managing policy, process, procedures for submitting requests, managing procedures for ITOA change requests and managing and coordinating change requests.
- Initiating, planning, and carrying out assignments requiring the application of new theories and developments to problems in transmission system operations
