DSHS FTAA IT Customer Support - Entry is seeking candidates to join our team in Federal Way, Tumwater, or Spokane, WA. You will provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical assistance across the SSA network, working with the DDDS IT Supervisor, IT Manager, and DDDS IT Team.
You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, install and configure workstations and peripherals, support mobile devices, manage user access, and ensure printing and related IT tasks are handled efficiently.
