We're looking for a hands-on, problem-solver with a passion for helping others and keeping technology running smoothly. As a Local Site Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues across the office - ensuring they have the tools, devices, and support they need to do their best work. No two days are the same, and your work directly impacts productivity, safety, and collaboration across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Helping Colleagues Stay Productive:
- Diagnose and resolve everyday tech issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Set up and take down corporate devices - like laptops and phones with care and speed
- Step in with a temporary replacement when a device breaks, so work continues without interruption
- Offer friendly, patient, and clear support to non-technical users - turning frustration into confidence
