Enterprise Desktop Technician role in the Finance, Technology, and Analytics Administration (FTAA) Division supporting the Division of Child Support and other DSHS agencies in the Vancouver, WA area. Responsibilities include planning and delivering technical support, managing workstation hardware and software, coordinating IT service requests, and resolving desktop and network issues for a statewide team. The position is full-time in-office during training with telework eligibility thereafter.
Keyqualifications
- Four years of IT experience in enterprise network Microsoft OS environment with Active Directory, NTFS, and Windows 10+ desktop support knowledge, OR Associate's degree in MIS/Computer Information Tech
- Troubleshooting, repairing, configuring and administering systems in a domain environment
- Diagnosing and solving complex IT problems both remotely and in-person with customers
- Knowledge of computer networks and remote troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and organize multiple competing priorities independently
